My daughter received this as a gift. What a disappointment. You can only communicate if the other person is nearby AND in your line of sight. It does not work around corners or from room to room. What’s the point of using a walkie talkie if you can only communicate if you’re standing next to the person? On the positive side, it’s not flimsy, but we haven’t dropped one. Not likely to either, since this will be sitting at the bottom of the toybox after one use. Spend more for the Hello Kitty FRS Family Radio Service Communicators instead.
